NOTE: this only works in English version of the game,(don't forget to backup files that are going to be replaced, just in case)
Here is the ready edited files you need to simply place into your game folder and click replace and you'll be all set with nice big fonts: You gotta change the font lines numbers to a larger numbers as 30 or 40. ini files within "Dawn of War Soulstorm\Engine\Locale\English\data" folder by opening with notepad. My OS is 8.1 Pro and I had the same tiny text in chat, game etc problem in Soulstorm and couldn't solve issue by even decreasing the resolution.
